Annual senior jeopardy was held on March 20th at MAP with participation of students from MAP and MCCGP Sunday Schools. As usual, it was a competitive race and MAP students finished in the first place. Congratulations to participating students and their parents.
We would like to thank organizers from both MCCGP and MAP for coordinating such an event. We also would like to thank Sr. Saima Sitwat for leading the effort on behalf of MAP and preparing the students.

Annual junior jeopardy was held on December 6th at MCCGP with participation of 2nd through 5th grade students from MAP and MCCGP Sunday Schools. There were two competitions. In the first one, 2nd and 3rd grade students showcased a very close race MCCGP students finishing ahead with a small margin. In the second competition, 4th and 5th graders raced and MAP students finished on top. Congratulations to participating students and their parents.
We would like to thank MCCGP for hosting the event. We also would like to thank Sr. Saima Sitwat for coordinating the event for MAP and preparing the students. Senior Jeopardy is scheduled for March 20th and will be hosted by MAP. Study materials and competition details will be posted early February.

As previously announced, senior jeopardy will be held at MCCGP on March 29th. Today, we conducted the qualification quiz to select the students who will represent our school. The following students passed the test and were selected to represent MAP:
These students need to be at MCCGP by 12:30pm on Mar 29th. Congratulations to the students and their parents.
As announced earlier this week, MCCGP and MAP Sunday Schools will have a senior jeopardy on March 29th for students who are 10 years or older. There will be a qualification quiz on March 22nd. Those students who pass the qualification quiz will be eligible to attend the jeopardy on March 29th.

First ever Junior Jeopardy at MAP took place today at our masjeed. Teams from MCCGP and MAP Sunday Schools competed in two age groups. All teams showed great enthusiasm and were well prepared. At the end, Team MCCGP had the upper hand in both age groups. Congratulations to all students and their parents.
For older students (ages 10 and up), we will have the Senior Jeopardy on March 29th at MCCGP. The qualification quiz will take place on March 22nd. Study materials for this jeopardy will be posted on our web site within the next week. Please check back and start preparing for this event soon.

As perviously announced, MCCGP and MAP Sunday Schools are organizing a Junior Jeopardy to be held on February 15th at the MAP masjid. This activity was originally scheduled for Feb 1st, but got postponed due to school cancelations. Program will start at 1pm (sharp) on February 15th and will conclude with the Zuhr Prayer. We will have 30-minute classes that day so that we can be done with classes before this activity.
Each school did their qualification quizzes to identify the students who are going to represent their schools. The following students were elected to represent MAP Sunday school:

In each age group, four students will represent our school, a fifth student (alternate) will be available as a backup in case any of the students cannot make it. All students will receive cash awards.
