Dear Parents,
2017-2018 School year will start on August 27th. We will have registrations on August 27th between 11am - 1pm. Before you can register your child, you (parents) are required to attend a 15-minute parent orientation session. We’ll have three orientations scheduled as indicated below. Please come on a timely manner to attend ONE of these sessions.
We’ll have a brief, late registration session on September 10th (first day of the school) at 10am for those parents who could not make the regular registration date due to travel, etc. Please use this late registration only if you have a valid excuse.
Registrations after September 10th will be subject to a late registration fee of $25/student. No exceptions.

Sun, August 27th:
11am - 1pm Registrations
11:15pm, 11:45pm, 12:15pm: Mandatory Parent orientation
Sun, September 10th:
10am - 10:30am Late Registrations (without penalty)
10:15am: mandatory parent orientation
11am - 2pm: Classes resume

You are highly encouraged to print the registration form from our web site and fill it before coming to the masjid to speed up the process. You will also pick up the books for your student on the registration day. Since some of the books are used over several years
(e.g., Noorani Qaidah, Juzz Amma), please check the books you have at home before coming so that you don’t buy books unnecessarily.
A reminder on MAP Membership:
At least one of the parents must be a MAP member to register for the Sunday school. If you are not a current member, you will be required to become one before you can register your child. Membership fee is $50/person. MAP Memberships must be renewed at the beginning of each calendar year. Therefore, any membership fees paid in August will only be good until Dec 31st, 2017.
You will need separate checks for MAP membership (if needed), school registration, and books. Please come prepared.
