On Sunday, January 29th, over 35 parents and students from the Muslim Association of Greater Pittsburgh, visited residents at the St. Barnabas nursing home. Ranging from two/three year olds to those in their 40s and 50s, the team visited the sick and elderly in their rooms and in common areas to bring some cheer and well wishes to residents. Chocolates, popcorn treats and cookies were passed out to the residents and children played instruments, sang some songs and brought priceless smiles. Nurses, patients and staff were very grateful.
