To improve our registration process and reduce wait times, this year we are transitioning to a new registration process where we will implement a two-phase registration process. Both phases are mandatory for all parents.
In the first phase, all parents are asked to register online following the instructions on our parents page. They can also and make their payments using Mohid online payment system as described on the parents page. Please complete this phase by August 22nd.
In the second phase, we will do our regular onsite registrations on Sunday, August 25th, 2019 at 11am-1pm. In the second phase, you will confirm your child's grade level, purchase books, sign-up for volunteer hours, and make payments if you haven't already. There is also a social event during registrations where you can meet the teachers, school staff, and other parents and students while enjoying snacks and beverages. If you cannot attend the session on August 25th for a valid reason, you can attend the late registrations session on Sunday, Sep 8th at 10am-10:45am.
Tuition Increase: For the 2019-20 School year, please note our need to increase the school tuition fee by $20 per semester. We take the safety and security of our students very seriously therefore will continue to utilize the services of Armada Global to provide a professionally trained armed security patrol onsite every Sunday and at all Sunday School related activities. This tuition increase will help us cover only part of the financial needs of this service. We will still depend on communities generous donations to cover rest of the cost. Please note this is our first tuition increase since the inception of MAP Sunday School and will continue to cover the costs of school office supplies, weekly school lunches, classroom modifications, external school activities, graduation ceremony, etc.
