MAP Sunday school is preparing the first ever Yearbook for the Class of 2015-2016! Student pictures will be taken during the school day on February 28, 2016. Please fill out the form below to indicate if we have your permission to take your child(ren)’s photo and publish it on the yearbook.
Pictures will be taken in the prayer hall. Boys must be wearing full sleeves. Girls must be wearing full sleeves and a hijab.
Please bring the form to your teacher by Feb 21st.
Picture Day will be on Sunday, February 28, 2016
Make-up Day will be on Sunday, March 13, 2016
