Registrations for 2023-2024 School Year

8/5/2023

Registrations for the 2023-2024 school year will start on August 6th for returning students and Aug 13th for new students. Registrations will be done online. Last day to register for returning students is Aug 12th and for new students Aug 19th. Book sales will be done on the first day of school (September 10th) @ 10am. Please follow the instructions on our parents page to complete your registration.

Graduation Ceremony

5/10/2023

The annual MAP Sunday school graduation ceremony will be held on Sunday, May 21st at 10:45am. All students, their families and community members are invited. Lunch will be served after the ceremony. Ice cream truck will be on the premises as well. We ask that all students arrive by 10:30am. Guests should arrive by 10:45am.

Sr. Jeopardy Study Materials

Our annual Sr. Jeopardy will take place on April 30th, 2023 between MAP students from grades 6 to 7. The qualifaction quiz will be given on April 16th. All Students in levels 6 and 7 are required to take the qualification quiz. The top 8 students will participate in the competition. Study materials and flyer can be seen below.

Junior Jeopardy Study Materials

Our annual Junior Jeopardy game for levels 2, 3, 4 and 5 will be held on February 12th at MAP at 1:00PM. Here are some important details:

Students are provided with study materials on 4 topics (attached below) and are responsible for reviewing them on a weekly basis.
On Feb. 5th, all students in Levels 2, 3, 4 and 5 will be given a 10 minute qualification quiz for their respective level and the top 8 scores from levels 2&3 and top 8 scores from levels 4&5 will qualify to represent their levels for the competition on Feb. 12th. Qualifying students will be assigned into teams of 4.
On Feb. 12th, the teams of 4 will compete in Jeopardy style competition in front of the school body. Prizes will be awarded.

Winterfest

11/20/2022

Our Annual WinterFest bowling outing for Sunday School students and families will be on Sunday, Dec 18th @6:00PM to 8:00PM at Zone 28 (2525 Freeport Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15238). Tickets are $10/person, age 3 and under are free. Tickets include bowling, food, drinks and one(1) game of laser tag for each student. This year, tickets will be sold online. If you would like to pay via cash or check, you can still do so by selecting the appropriate payment option from the online form and then make the payment to the office.
